Synopsis: A visual experiment aiming to deconstruct and emphasize a series of collective memories. Portrayed as digital video and analog film (35mm and S8mm) as a way to pursue the beauty of the mundane and the essence of the ordinary in day to day life. Inspired by Dziga Vertov’s theory “The Kino Eye”, this series of visual pieces aims to tackle the meaning of social montages in an effort to portray a less guided and more open to interpretation diegesis in a dream-like state.
